SOS at OBCAI in Chicago, October 4–7, 2007

SOS have been proud members of the OBCAI (Office Business Center Association International) since 2001 and attended the our sixth successive Conference in Chicago this year, 4-7 October 2007, following on from Atlanta, Portland, Denver, Washington DC and Las Vegas. The CEO and founder of SOS, Richard Smith, and all the American sales team flew in to Chicago from New York, California and London, to attend the event.

Intercounty Properties have gained consent for a development of 4,000 sq m at Pride Park Derby. Work will commence early in the New Year with completion expected for autumn 2008.

Over half the space has been pre let to a national Serviced Office Operator who will operate from one of only a few bespoke Grade A office buildings in the UK created specifically for the sector.
