A new centre to UBC’s Portfolio

Continuing it rapid expansion across the UK, United Business Centres plc (UBC) has announced a deal with West Bromwich-based property investment company REI to set up a new business centre at Bruntsford Gate Business Park in Bromsgrove The serviced office centre will be set up in Avon House, occupying 7,223sq ft on the second floor of the building. Refurbishment is underway and UBC Bromsgrove is expected to be open for business within a few weeks.
The new centre will take the total in the UBC network to 22, with a strong presence in the
