Business Centre of the Month – Warnford Court

London Docklands

The Office Group’s business centre on London’s Throgmorton Street is a delicate blend of Regency style and 21st century technology.

A modest entrance – on the corner of Throgmorton Street and Throgmorton Avenue – opens out into a palatial corporate space that balances sleek glass and original artwork against dark wood and wrought iron embellishments.

First mentioned in tax records from 1677, the current site underwent extensive yet sympathetic refurbishment in 2009, incorporating interior designs from Scott Brownrigg and conceptual art from Acrylicize.

Space was partitioned to offer prestigious suites to businesses of any size, with special care taken to integrate innovative features to suit the needs of start-ups, freelancers, small businesses and mobile workers.

The most tangible examples of these measures are the property’s unique ClubRooms, which create a dynamic space to encourage networking between occupants and external cliental. The building also features bright open-plan workspaces, private suites, conference rooms and lounge-style retreats.
