i2 Office Edinburgh

Industry leading serviced office provider i2 Office have revealed plans to open a new business centre in Edinburgh this September.

The site – based on the design of i2′s popular centre at West Regent Street in Glasgow – is set to become one of the first providers of Grade A serviced office space in the city, with a total area of over 17,000 sq ft and a range of facilities to suit both start-up enterprises and larger corporations.

The brand new corporate space is set to welcome a range of commercial enterprises of various sizes to the Scottish Capital’s business district by the end of the autumn, in a prime location next to the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.

Nick Wentworth-Stanley, Director at i2 Office, states “We continue to deliver new office space of the highest quality to our clients in the best city centre locations.  As Scotland’s capital, Edinburgh is a hive of business activity, making Exchange Place 2 an exciting addition to our nationwide range of serviced and virtual offices.  From finance to tourism, a host of industries thrive in this cultured and unique city.”

Philip Grace, CEO of i2 Office adds “This development ties in with a key growth period for i2 Office as we work steadily to increase the number of serviced offices in Grade A buildings that we are able to offer across London and other major cities throughout the UK.”

The opening of i2′s new business centre is part of a wider trend amongst serviced office providers seeking to capitalise on the success of the London market by rolling the same model out across provincial centres.  Search Office Space boasts an expanding portfolio of over 8,000 business centres world-wide, with a host of designs to suit all corporate requirements.
