- We’ll split our fee with you – right down the middle. For every referral that leads to a signed deal, and is attributed to us, we’ll give you half of our 10% rate.
- Vouchers for closed deals. For every deal we close as a result of your referrals, we will send you £75 worth of vouchers to be redeemed at most major retailers.*
- Vouchers for qualified leads. For every referral you send over to us, we will send you back a £10 voucher, valid at most major retailers.
*A closed deal must come from a deal that we successfully qualify. This means that we are not already aware of the referral, that the business is willing to consider serviced or flexible offices, and that you have supplied us with the company name.

Even if the referral is not specific to flexible offices, spaces in our portfolio are often multi-purpose so we will accept referrals that meet the following criteria:
- Non-retaining applicants
- All requirements under 2000 sq ft
- Short term referrals of any size
- Overflow referrals
- Interim, project or swing space
- Referrals outside of your speciality
- Referrals outside of your location
- Corporate leads for project space
